The WholeFit Method uses a blend of three programs designed to improve all six tests of Functional Fitness.
Functional Fitness is a training style utilizing movements from our everyday life to strengthen muscles while improving mobility and balance in the body. Functional Fitness prioritizes full-body movements, using the upper and lower body at the same time, strengthening core and mid-section stability.
Also known as functional training or functional movement, the philosophy of Functional Fitness is to prepare the human body for real-life physical demands and activities.
Functional Fitness movements include: Squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting.
